How do I login to a device on a different IP address range?
To search for devices which are on a different static IP range connected to your network the network adaptor range of the PC will need altering so that the IP range is added.
On the Windows PC and add an IP address in the range of the IP default address so the device that can be detected by your PC. Then search for the device within the IP address range of the device and the existing PC IP address range.
Step 1
Go to Control Panel, Network and Internet, Networking and Sharing Centre and then click on Local Area Connection.

Step 2 Click on Properties

Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPV4)

Step 4 Click on Advanced

Step 5 Click Add

Step 6 Add an IP address in the range of the DEVICE but not the IP address of the device itself then click ADD

Step 7 Click OK

This will allow access not only the 192.168.0.x addresses but also the 192.168.1. x address' for changing to 192.168.0. addresses.
