Delivery charges are calculated on an 'order by order' basis depending on the
goods in your basket. Delivery is chargeable only on hardware items and will be calculated
and added to your basket at checkout depending on the weight and volume of the goods in
the basket at that time.
Upgraded delivery options for hardware such as timed or weekend deliveries may be
available depending on your location and will be offered to you at time of checkout.
Where a courier company is used to handle delivery of hardware within your order, we will
send you relevant updates by email (or SMS in some instances) to keep you informed of when
the delivery may be expected.
Software and other download items will be supplied electronically to the email you supply
at checkout. Download links for software purchased will be supplied in 1 of 2 ways; either
by a download link supplied in an email to the address you have supplied, or by a
refreshed browser page this will be indicated on the product page itself. Subject to a
breakdown in systems, the link will be supplied within the hour.
Paperwork including your Invoice will be issued electronically by email.
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will
be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in
price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before

After the initial 12 month period has lapsed, additional support packages can be obtained
