Can I capture from an Alien DVRs IP channel ?

This software can only capture from an Alien DVR's analogue channel.

Can I install multiple instances of this program on the same PC?

No, currently this program only supports a single instance on a given PC.

How do I make a movie from my timelapse images?

This software can utilise FFMPEG with simple presets to produce a timelapse video, this makes it very easy to use. There are many third-party tools available to achieve this, some editions of Windows even ship with Microsoft's Movie Maker.
