All our software products are available for download only and our website is the fastest way to place your order to ensure almost immediate delivery of your software purchase.

Payment

We accept payment by the major credit and debit cards as follows:

All payments are processed through a secure card processing gateway so you can rest assured your credit card details are never stored by us on-line or elsewhere.

This online system is 100% secure as it uses “Verified by Visa” and similar methods to verify you are the genuine card user. Where you choose to “store” your card details it uses an encrypted token method for security.

No additional surcharges are placed on your order for making a credit card payment and invoices paid for purchases on this website will show on your card statement as “Security Direct”.

Returns & Cancellation Policy - Hardware

In the unlikely event that an item is not to your liking and you wish to cancel the item or items, this can be done within a 14-day cooling off period. Any hardware items should be returned to us at the buyer’s cost with a copy of the “Order Cancellation & Returned Goods” form here.

All products to be returned to us at the Buyer’s cost & Risk so we suggest using a “Insured & Signed For” courier service and that goods are carefully repackaged in their original packing.

Cancellation Policy – Software/Digital Downloads

As per the Consumer Contracts regulations of 2014, digital downloads such as the software and sound files sold on this website are not considered services or goods. A 14-day cooling off period will still apply to these purchases but this is waivered if you wish to download the item within 14 days of purchasing it.

If you do not give your consent, the 14-day cooling off period applies but you will not be able to download your digital content until the 14 days has ended. This is designed to prevent you from changing your mind after the content has been downloaded.

In the event of a faulty/corrupted/unfit for purpose file being downloaded, the “Request For Help” form here should be completed so that we may make arrangements to supply you with a replacement. As per the Consumer Rights Act, we have one opportunity to do so before a refund must be given.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on an “order by order” basis depending on the goods in your basket. Delivery is chargeable only on hardware items and will be calculated and added to your basket at checkout depending on the weight and volume of the goods in the basket at that time.

Upgraded delivery options for hardware such as timed or weekend deliveries may be available depending on your location and will be offered to you at time of checkout.

Where a courier company is used to handle delivery of hardware within your order, we will send you relevant updates by email (or SMS in some instances) to keep you informed of when the delivery may be expected.

Software and other download items will be supplied electronically to the email you supply at checkout. Download links for software purchased will be supplied in 1 of 2 ways; either by a download link supplied in an email to the address you have supplied, or by a refreshed browser page this will be indicated on the product page itself. Subject to a breakdown in systems, the link will be supplied within the hour.

Paperwork including your Invoice will be issued electronically by email.

Prices

Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

After Sales Support

Should you require a technician’s help after purchase this is available on a Ticket system through our Support zone here. Support is free for 12-months after your date of purchase on production of a serial number.

After the initial 12 month period has lapsed, additional support packages can be obtained at a further nominal fee. More information is available on these support packages here.

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, it will be dealt with promptly, confidentially, and effectively.
