The HotHEADTM software is installed on a PC on the local area network. It then actively "listens" for HotHEADTM cameras detecting people with high temperatures or who aren't wearing a mask.
As soon as the HotHEADTM informer software receives a notification from a camera it then produces a pop up message (including camera location and temperature reading) on that PC to alert the operator. The business management or staff can then take the appropriate action.
The software can even play audio messages on the PC to attract a user’s attention for added impact.
The HotHEADTM informer software displays a picture of the person who has the elevated temperature or who isn't wearing a mask so the appropriate action can be taken. The HotHEADTM informer software stores the image and details in a database so it can be reviewed later if required or you can use it to monitor trends and offences to make the right business decisions and then take the most appropriate action.
The HotHEADTM informer software comprises of a "server & client" component. For a single installation they are simply installed and work as one on the same PC. However if you require multiple computers to receive notifications when the camera detects a member of staff with a high temperature, you can install the server on one PC and the client for Pop-up notifications on the others.
The standard HotHEADTM informer licence allows one installation of the server and up to 20 installations of the client on the same network and can be configured to monitor and manage 5 HotHEADTM cameras on the standard licence and up to 20 on the PRO licence.
Each HotHEADTM camera you are monitoring with the server software can be launched in its own window so you can size and position this as you wish for maximum convenience and to monitor real time images.
The aim of the HotHEADTM informer software aims to give businesses a rapid "heads up" if someone is in the business with an elevated temperature or isn’t wearing a mask (if you’ve enabled the mask detection function). It’s aimed at being a professional solution to manage & mitigate, as much as possible, risks from Covid-19 shutting a business down. It helps producing a positive mental feeling in the business by building confidence in staff that they are being looked after and neither they or their colleagues have a high temperature.
